1. What Happens If I No Longer Use the Same Bank Account?
The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If your account is closed, inactive for some reason, or you now use another bank company, the bank which you opened the account to pay for your order will mail you a letter or contact you over phone. They will deposit the refund back to your new account or send a payment check. You may also contact your bank company for more information.
2.What if I have a different card number than what I used to pay for the order?
The refund will still reflect back into your bank account within 3-5 business days as long as it is the same account and routing number.
3.Can you refund to my new bank account?
Usually, we issue refund through the original payment method. Your refund will not be refunded to a new bank account.
