100-Night In-Home Sleep Trial Policy

The 100-Night In-Home Sleep Trial gives you 100 full nights to decide whether a  Sweetnight mattress is right for you. During this trial period, we are committed to working with you to address any concerns — whether through troubleshooting support, a free replacement, or a full refund, as appropriate to your situation.

Trial Period & Adjustment Requirement
Your trial begins upon delivery of your item(s), regardless of when each piece arrives — you will have a full 100 nights from the delivery date to evaluate the product. As your body requires time to adapt to a new sleep surface, we kindly ask that you complete a minimum 30-night adjustment period before contacting us to initiate a return. Should you reach out prior to the 30-day mark, we will recommend that you continue sleeping on the mattress and contact us again if you remain unsatisfied thereafter.

Return Conditions by Timeframe

• Within 30 Days of Delivery (Unused or Unopened)
  If your mattress remains in its original vacuum-sealed packaging, or has been opened but shows no signs of use and can be restored to its original packaging, the return process is straightforward:
  • What you do: Keep the mattress in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier.
  • What we do: Email you a complimentary prepaid return label.
  • Refund: A 100% full refund will be issued once the return tracking indicates the package is in transit.
• Between 30 and 100 Days of Delivery (Opened & Used)
  If you have opened and used the mattress and remain unsatisfied after completing the 30-night adjustment period, you may still return it at no cost between 30 and 100 days of delivery, provided that the mattress remains in sanitary, donatable condition — meaning no rips, stains, or signs of excessive wear. We will arrange a free donation pickup at your convenience, with no additional charges to you.

Eligibility & Third-Party Purchases
This trial policy applies exclusively to mattresses purchased directly from Sweetnight For products bought through third-party retailers (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), please refer to the return policy of the respective retailer. Should you encounter any difficulties with a third-party return, however, we are happy to assist wherever possible.

Policy Modifications
Please note that Sweetnight reserves the right to modify, add to, suspend, or delete these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion at any time. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting. Sweetnight also reserves all rights to interpret these terms and conditions.
