The 100-Day Free Sleep Trial is a policy that allows 100 days for you to decide if SweetNight mattresses are what you are looking for. Within the 100-Day Free Sleep Trial period, we may offer solutions to solve your issues or offer refunds or replacements free of charge.
Your trial begins when your items are delivered. This means no matter when the item is delivered, you will have 100 full days to try our products.
Since it will take some time for your body to adjust to the feel of new bedding and for it to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better, we require a minimum trial of 21 days before you contact us to initiate a return request. For more details, please refer to:
SweetNight may modify, add to, suspend or delete the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion at any time, with such modifications, additions, or deletions being immediately effective upon their publishing.
